TKT Foods operates a strict data-minimization policy. We do not deploy invasive third-party advertising trackers or cross-site behavioral cookies. We only collect business contact details that you voluntarily provide when submitting an enquiry:
- Wholesale & Sample Enquiries: Buyer or company name, phone/WhatsApp number, optional or work email address, crop/volume interest, and courier delivery city/address.
- Investor Memorandum Enquiries: Full name or fund name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and indicative participation range.
2. Lawful Basis & Purpose of Processing
Under Section 25 of the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, TKT Foods processes your submitted contact information strictly on the lawful bases of pre-contractual steps at your request and explicit consent in order to:
- Prepare and send wholesale Pro-Forma Invoices or coordinate 250g QA lab sample courier dispatch;
- Deliver our private Investment Memorandum and schedule requested investor briefing calls;
- Maintain internal off-take batch notifications for crops you explicitly request updates on.
3. Zero Data Sale & Trusted Delivery Relay
TKT Foods never sells, rents, or trades buyer or investor records with external marketers or data brokers. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS directly to TKT Foods' designated notification email inbox via encrypted transactional form relay services and stored strictly for order/investor follow-up.
4. Data Security & Retention
We enforce HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), Content Security Policy (CSP) headers, input sanitization, and anti-automation honeypots across our web properties. Enquiry records are retained only for the duration of active commercial correspondence or statutory Nigerian tax and accounting retention periods.
5. Your Rights Under the NDPA
